International tourists can now visit Bali! Here's How:

It's official, Bali has reopened its border for international travelers. No more quarantine requirements for fully-vaccinated travelers entering the country, and VOA (Visa-On-Arrival) is now available again for travelers from certain countries. If you've been wanting to visit Bali, read on to know more about what's required.

Is my country on the list?

Indonesia now makes VOA available for travelers from 60 countries. VOA is priced at IDR500,000 and are valid for 30 days, with the possibility to extend once for a further 30 days. The full list of countries eligible for VOA is as follow:

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Germany, Greece, Laos, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Seychelles, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Thailand, Timor Leste, Tunisia, Turkey, UAE, United Kingdom, USA and Vietnam.

Travelers from ASEAN countries are also eligible for Visa-Free travel, valid for 30 days only and is non-extendable. Sur

What if my country is not on the list? 

If your country is not on the list, please contact the Indonesian embassy or local travel agent in your country to apply for the B211 Tourism Visa to enter Indonesia. This Single Entry visa is valid for 60 days and allows for four 30-day extensions.

What else do I need to prepare to enter Indonesia?

Aside from obtaining the correct Visa and all the necessary documents (e.g a valid passport for a minimum of 6 months, a return ticket, etc) for your Visa, you will also need to meet these special requirements to be elligible for entry:

  • Have a negative PCR test within 48 hours of your departure.
  • Fully vaccinated (two or three doses) with valid vaccine certificates, dated more than 14 days prior to arrival into Indonesia.
  • Own health insurance covering COVID-19 medical handling and evacuation to appointed hospitals for foreigners.
  • Download pedulilindungi app and complete their user profile in the app.
